Well, we received a fax at noon today regarding the purchase of the building on 4th Street.  The tenant matched our second offer and it was accepted by the Steelworkers.  They are not going to entertain any additional offers and so this concludes this project.  I know that we are all  going to be disappointed but don’t get discouraged, we’ll find something that we like just as much; maybe even more.  Thanks for all of the enthusiasm you showed at the opportunity to do this. Although we’re back to the drawing board, everything happens for a reason so don’t despair.
